Photographing wild wolves is quite challenging. For the most parts they’re just too far away for a good photo opportunity. In the spring of 2026 i made a trip to the rugged and untamed coast of the Pacific Northwest to search the elusive coastal wolves. It took us almost a week and we had to face cold, wind and rain until we finally found them. But this encounter was so rewarding and we headed home with incredible pictures and unforgetable memories.
