Racoon dogs are heavy-set fox-like canid native to East Asia. Its closest relative is the red fox although the facial markings are more like a racoon. They feed on a wide variety of animals and plants that what make them so highly adaptable. They call many mega cities like Tokyo their home, where they always find food. Unlike other members of the canid family racoon dogs can climb trees and hibernate during cold winters.
